30 Day Reset

This program focuses on getting you started on a group exercise program twice a week and 1 group health coaching session a week. The maximum amount in the group will be 5.

Working out in a small group will help keep you motivated and accountable. The health coaching sessions will be focused on 4 key areas, Nutrition, Sleep, Stress management and Exercise.

One to one Health and Nutrition Coaching / Corporate wellness

We can provide one to one health and Nutrition coaching in person or via video conferencing.

Corporate Wellness programs are available and are customised to meet the clients specific requirements

Personal Training or Group Training

We can offer one to one personal training in private gym facility Or provide an online program that can be completed at home. We focus on functional fitness using Free weights, Dumb Bells, Kettle Bells and TRX. We have the ability to run small group sessions eg Circuit classes on request
