What is Health coaching ?
Do you feel like you are constantly trying a new diet, a new exercise regime but never get the results you want ? Or do you feel tired, stressed struggling to juggle everything in your day ?
As a Health Coach I will work with you to look at all areas of your life that contribute to your well being. Together we will identify clear specific goals and healthy habits. I will provide tool and strategies to support you.
You will work on developing self awareness and self accountability which will enable you to keep yourself on track in the future.
What I won’t do is put you on a strict diet and tell you to you need to exercise for numerous hours everyday. As a working mum I understand that life can be hectic so am aware that we need to set realistic expectations and goals.
The strategies and habits that you implement need to be sustainable if you want to improve your well being long term.
